High school students across the world have amped up participation in GENIUS Olympiad’s second year of robotics competition, and their efforts will be on display starting June 12, as an estimated 1,200 visitors take part in the eighth annual finals of the global environmental competition at SUNY Oswego.
To be named to the President’s List, a student must attend the university full-time and attain at least a 4.0 QPA for the semester.

Local organizations are making plans for the annual Fulton Bike Rodeo, which offers children of all ages an opportunity to learn about bike safety in a fun environment. The event also provides youths with a properly fit bike helmet and perhaps a new bike. The rodeo will be held June 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot outside the Fulton War Memorial.
