On September 30, the students within the Fulton City School District in grades UPK – 12 will have an early dismissal. Grades 7 – 12 will dismiss at 10:30 a.m. and morning Pre K – 6 will dismiss at 11:15 a.m. There will be no afternoon Pre-K classes.

Louella LeClair, an Oswego County Legislator, will be honored next week by the New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC) for graduating from the NYSAC Dennis A. Pelletier County Government Institute.The ceremony will be held on September 26 at the 2013 NYSAC Fall Seminar in Saratoga.
