On March 20, multiple reports were received by the Fulton Police Department in reference to shots fired in the city. On Thursday (April 7), Timothy C. Lashomb was arrested and charged for his involvement in these shootings.
The city took over the property because of unpaid property taxes and, just as it was finding a buyer for the land, discovered that it had assumed responsibility for the underground fuel storage tanks on the property.
