Arrest made in Village of Phoenix shooting incident

State Police arrested Tommy Washington, of Syracuse, for 1 count of Robbery 1st degree, a class B Felony. Washington was arrested earlier today (Nov. 14) during an investigation by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and detectives with the Village of Phoenix Police Department. There are additional suspects that were involved in this incident with Mr. Washington and the State Police are requesting any additional information.

State Police are investigating a shooting incident in Village of Phoenix

On Sunday (November 13), at approximately 10:33 p.m., State Police in Fulton, along with members of the Village of Phoenix Police Department, responded to 25 Lock St. in the village of Phoenix for a reported man with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse where is listed in stable condition, state police said today (Nov. 14).
