The first deals with proposed revision to the city’s 2020 Vision Comprehensive Plan. It will start at 7 p.m. That will be followed at 7:10 p.m. by a public hearing regarding Proposed Local Law #1 – Chapter 63, Animals, of the city code.
UPDATE: Joyce Malone’s fate is now in the hands of the jury. Deliberations get under way next week when court resumes.
Assistant District Attorney Gregory Oakes wrapped up his case against Joyce Malone on Wednesday. The defense will continue calling witnesses on Thursday. Malone is accused of killing her husband last March in their Oswego Town home. The trial is likely to last through early next week.
