Every holiday season the Oswego City School District is the center for a huge “Share and Care†project that benefits hundreds of persons from throughout the area.

As we welcome winter on Monday, we look back at a warm autumn. It was also very dry and – snow free. The other four times we were so snow-free in the fall the winter wound up with less than 100 inches of snow. Will history repeat itself?
