Local author Jim Farfaglia has compiled many of the memories of the Blizzard of 1966 in his new book, “Voices in the Storm – Stories From The Blizzard Of ’66.” Recently, Farfaglia sat down with Oswego County Today and explained how the book came to be.

Therefore, the mayor’s executive order, instituting a winter parking ban (no parking on city streets from 1 to 6 a.m.) remains in place.
