Today, Governor Cuomo has announced an agreement with the Legislature on a 2013-2014 budget that is on track to become New York’s third on-time budget in a row – a feat that hasn’t been achieved in Albany in almost 30 years.

Nowakowski, 19, of 454 Chesbro Road in the town of Schroeppel for 1 count of second-degree rape (Class D Felony), two counts of endangering the welfare of a child (Class A Misdemeanor) and one count of sexual misconduct (Class A Misdemeanor).
