Members of COACH, Oswego County’s Continuum of Care Committee focusing on homelessness, have announced that the committee is looking to establish creative methods to address the issue of homelessness in Oswego County.
Today in consultation with the town Republican committee’s in Hastings and Schroeppel, the Oswego County Republican Committee is proud to announce the recommendation of Jack Brandt to the Oswego County Legislature.
Adeline “Addy” Benjamin has a talent for crafting and designing. Each year she makes “Tie Blankets” as gifts for friends and family for Christmas. As a member of the St. Paul’s Leprechaun Travel Basketball League, Addy has seen great local support from the community for her B-ball league and wanted to “give something back.”

Organizers hope to submit their plan later this year and have the school open for the fall of 2014. They held a meeting Thursday night to gain more input from the community as to how they should create the school. If accepted, it would be the first in Oswego County.

The news network sent reporter Gio Benitez and a crew to Fulton Wednesday to show the entire country what heavy snowfall and deep cold looks like.

I commend the Governor for his commitment to fiscal responsibility by eliminating a gap of $1.3 billion with no new taxes and fees. He is also holding the line on State spending growth under 2% for the third consecutive year. I also appreciate his commitment to real economic development for New York State – particularly the upstate area.
