The $150 million, 150,000 square foot facility would created in Oswego Harbor. The project is being described as a “business entity and an entertainment entity.” It would create nearly 100 full-time jobs with more likely in the following years, according to the developers.

Hannibal Town officials are asking people to avoid driving on town roads until at least 2:00 p.m. until the lake effect snow band lets up and highway crews can plow the roads.
The Hannibal Town Hall has been closed for the day.
The lake effect band has been sitting over Hannibal for several hours this morning and highway crews are having a difficult time keeping the roads plowed, Town Supervisor Ron Greenleaf said. Visibility conditions are very poor and driving conditions are treacherous.
Winter has returned to Central New York, and the Oswego County Health Department is reminding residents to protect themselves against frostbite and hypothermia while they’re outside playing, or moving, the snow.
