The debate will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Fulton Education Center auditorium, 167 S. Fourth St., Fulton.

On Tuesday investigators from the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office arrested John F. Pendall Jr. of Fulton, for Vehicular Manslaughter, Second Degree, a Class D felony; Manslaughter, Second Degree and other charges in connection with the crash that claimed his father’s life.
The public will have the opportunity to weigh in on the spending plan on Dec. 15. The tax levy would be $7.01 per $1,000 (of assessed value); 2 cents higher than this year.
