Amy Quonce is in the process of compiling stories from people in Upstate New York whose lives have been affected by an individual with a disability. These stories are going to be in an anthology that is going to press on Nov. 6. The anticipated released date for this book is the beginning of December.

The town board recently unanimously passed the 2012 budget. The tax levy remains the same in 2012. And, there is no tax increase for 2012.

The Oswego Corps of The Salvation Army continues to celebrate next week. It will hold a community breakfast on Nov. 9 at 8 a.m. at The American Foundry, 246 W. Seneca St., to celebrate 125 years of service in Oswego.
