The Oswego Town man charged with multiple felony sex charges wants more time to review a plea deal. He is facing charges in Oswego County Court for allegedly abusing a young girl and federal charges in Onondaga County Court for allegedly possessing child pornography.
An Oswego Town man who allegedly lead police on a high-speed chase last fall, attempting at one point to run over an officer, has rejected a plea bargain. He would have faced 3.5 years in state prison, 3.5 years of probation and restitution. Now, Peter Losurdo III could face more jail time if convicted.
