A Fulton man was the only person nabbed as police tested 15 city stores and bars, along with their customers, to see if they would sell alcohol to or buy alcohol for someone under 21 years old.
For Zac Caruso, a seventh grader at Oswego Middle School, Christmas has always been his favorite time of year. While fondly remembering the wonderful Christmases he enjoyed, he began to think about what he could do to help make Christmas special for someone else.
Sponsored by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County, the market will be held at the Mexico VFW on Scenic Avenue, just north of the village. Visitors to the market will discover great holiday gifts from local agricultural producers. And, they will have the opportunity to speak directly to the farmers present at the market.

The public vote on next year’s school budget is more than half a year away, but the Fulton City School District is gearing up to begin building a budget that officials admit will probably be more difficult than the last one.
“It’s gonna be worse; that shouldn’t be a surprise,” said board President Robbin Griffin.
