On Oct. 13, Oswego’s citizens are invited to help the city to envision their ideal city in the year 2020 by sharing their ideas with the 2020 Steering Committee and Bergmann Associates.
The tentative $189,363,300 spending plan shows a slight dip in the tax rate, down from this year’s $7.16 per $1,000 assessed to $7.07. Legislators will now review the plan and possibly make recommendations. A public hearing will be held before the Dec. 16 legislature meeting.
