Elhage Jr., 36, from Palermo, for 2 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “D” felony, 2 counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony, 2 counts Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (cocaine, and concentrated cannabis), a class “A” misdemeanor, and 1 count of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation.
