Police: Fulton Man Went On Spending Spree With Stolen Credit Card

Deputies arrested Timothy R. Moss, 29, of 414 Oneida St., Fulton, at 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday (November 14). He was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property (credit card), 4th degree, a class E felony; Forgery, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony. The arrest stems from the investigation into four separate incidents that occurred in the town of Scriba, city of Oswego and city of Fulton.
