Theodore Edward “Ted” Ladd, 81 of Hannibal, died Friday at the VA Medical Center.

Donald R. Kinney, 86 of Fulton, passed away Friday at Oswego Hospital.

Paul A. Russo, Jr., 57, of Pennellville, and previously of Cicero, IL, died July 19, 2011 at home.
