Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me. We all have heard this saying many times. Well the Oswego County Legislature has fooled the general public for two years now with the county budget.

As you may, or may not be aware, the town recently submitted an application for funding for a water district in your area of the town. The town was notified recently that they are eligible for funding by USDA Rural Development. Before funding will be committed, a final application must be submitted.
The election season is over and the holidays are upon us. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the people of Fulton for their support during the last six years. Serving on the legislature has been a wonderful experience, one that will remain with me always.
I would like to thank Ralph Stacey on his kind words in his concession letter. Ralph ran a clean and hard fought campaign and deserves a lot of credit for his efforts. I did like some of his ideas and will try to use them in the near future.
Shopping in Oswego County helps all county residents.
I would like to thank the voters of the 20th Legislative District for the confidence that they have shown me in my campaign and for my re-election to the legislature. I truly am humbled and honored by their continued support. I pledge to redouble my work for the taxpayers of Oswego County to grow our economy, fight crime and insist on good government.
I want to take a moment, first and foremost, to congratulate Councilor-Elect Jim Myers on his victory. I have had the opportunity to meet Jim in person, and after speaking to him I feel that he will represent you well on the Fulton Common Council.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the voters in the 25th District of the county of Oswego in the city of Fulton for their vote of confidence in me to elect me to be their public servant in the county legislature as their county legislator for the 25th District.
I would like to thank all the people who answered their door to speak with
me as I was out campaigning. Their words of support were very humbling. I know that there are constituents who I did not get to see, but I want you to know that I am concerned about your views and input, no matter what party you belong.
When you read a letter to the editor, such as Mr. Francis Rhines’ against Legislator Doug Malone you except it to be an honest complaint. You would be wrong. Mr. Rhines has lied to the residents of Doug Malone’s district, the 20th.
