For the first time in Oswego Kartway history, the karts and stars of the New York Dirt Kart Series will take on the unique ‘Bullring’ located directly behind Oswego Speedway, for an all-out state series event pitting the best travelling kart racers in New York against the Kartway’s stellar local contingent on July 30.
