Teddy Noel, Jr., 45, of Fulton, died Monday at home after a long illness. A native of Fulton, he was a life resident. Teddy worked 28 years as a painter with Painter’s Local #38, District Council #4 in Oswego. He was an avid fisherman who loved the outdoors.
He was predeceased by his mother, Doris Loomis; brother, Timothy Noel and sister, Trina Noel.
Surviving are his parents, Ted (Wendy) Noel, Sr. of Sterling; four children, Michelle Jenkins, Teddy Williams, Ashley Noel and Tigan Coleman; grandson, Kadin Davis; sisters, Lisa (Dan) LaFrance, Megan and Hannah Noel; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton with burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association of CNY, 6390 Fly Road, 2nd Floor, East Syracuse, 13057.
