Margaret E. “Betty” Frawley, 92, of Fulton died Wednesday at St. Luke Health Services.
Louise Messner, 96 formerly of Fulton, died Wednesday at Folts Home in Herkimer where she had resided since 1999.
Frank Wheeler Jr., 90, of Oswego, was promoted to glory on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at St. Luke Health Services.
Bertha I. Cooper, 95 of Towpath Towers, Fulton and a former resident of County Route 4 in the Town of Scriba passed away Tuesday evening at the Sunrise Nursing Home.
Wendy Dumez, 46; of Fulton died at University Hospital, Syracuse.
Helen C. Williams, 79, former Phoenix, NY native and resident, died on Wednesday April 6, 2011 at the Sunrise Nursing Home, Inc., Oswego.
