On 9/13/24 at 5:20 p.m., James R. Clark, 33, of Mexico was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of the Town of Albion and one out of NYSP Pulaski. Mr. Clark was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/13/24 at 10:15 p.m., Lee A Jackson, 43, of Scriba was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Jackson is scheduled to be arraigned on 9/27/24 in CAP Court.
On 9/15/24 at 1:20 p.m., Dylan M. Cordwell, 32, of Mexico was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Cordwell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/15/24 at 2:30 p.m., Cindy A. Cooper, 61, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Cooper was turned over to Fulton PD for further processing.
On 9/15/24 at 9:55 p.m., Ashley Lynn Finch, 31, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Ms. Finch was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/15/24 at 11:07 Kristina N. Lagray, 43, of Scriba was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Lagray is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/29/24.
On 9/16/24 at 12:41 a.m., Michael J. Reynolds, 45, of Mexico was arrested for Strangulation, 2nddegree, a class D felony; Rape, 1st degree, a class B felony; Kidnapping, 2nd degree, a class B felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Menacing, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Reynolds was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/17/24 at 7:47 a.m., Michael P. Virgo, 45, of New Haven was arrested based on one Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court and two Arrest Warrants, one out of Oswego County Probation and one out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Virgo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/17/24 at 9:45 p.m., James E. Smith, 44, of Liverpool was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/18/24 at 5:04 a.m., Brad A. Whitford, 42, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Onondaga County. Mr. Whitford was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 9/18/24 at 8:36 a.m., Carly J. Yerdon, 41, of Pulaski was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Yerdon is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/2/24.
On 9/19/24 at 11:15 a.m., Chad M. Leroy, 35, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Leroy was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/19/24 at 12:17 p.m., Riley Cyrano Flynn, 31, of Oswego was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Flynn is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/3/24.
On 9/19/24 at 1:19 p.m., Anthony M. Waldron, 40, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 2nd degree, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 2nd degree (Loaded Firearm), a class C felony and Resisting Arrest stemming from an incident that reportedly occurred in November 2023. Mr. Waldron was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/19/24 at 3:35 p.m., Joseph W. Blair, 19, and Tylor Jacob Blair, 20, both of Oswego were arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Both individuals are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/3/24.
On 9/19/24 at 6:51 p.m., William H. Shatrau, 34, of Granby was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Shatrau was arraigned in CAP Court.
