Oswego Council Tables Local Law Resolution

If passed, Local Law #2 of 2010 would amend Chapter 63, Animals, of the Code of the City of Oswego. As of Jan. 1, NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets will no longer be responsible for dog licensing; the state has shifted that task to local municipalities. However, the city was looking to include other things in the law besides the shift in licensing responsibilities.

Nina Cunningham flaps her wings as she performs “Six Little Ducks”

Members of Trinity Catholic School’s three-day program for three-year-olds took visitors down to the farm Wednesday evening. They presented the musical “Going to the Farm.” The 10 boys and girls in the class performed such favorites as Six Little Ducks, Take Me Out To The Farm, Five Spotted Cows, The Jingle Jangle Scarecrow and others.
