The stretch of nice weather continues.
It was a rather quiet weather day on Wednesday. The area received no rain on April 6. And no snow fell, either. It looks like a repeat performance the next few days.
Is Port City Theatre finally coming back? Building on experience and triumph over tragedy, Nancy Fox, director of the former Oswego-based theater company, is ready to launch a return to the footlights and anticipates a bright beginning. Interested parties are invited to a community forum, an informational gathering, on April 14 at 6:30 p.m. at Fulton Alliance Church on Route 48 South.
The calendar may say spring. But Old Man Winter is still hanging around. The Fulton area received 0.2-inch of snow yesterday. If the temperature forecast is correct, that should be the last snow we see for a long time.
It has been raining recently in Fulton and Oswego. But – don’t put away your snow shovels yet.

On April 30 participating chiropractors will offer chiropractic treatments for current and former patients, as well as examinations for new patients in exchange for a $15 donation to the United Way of Greater Oswego County.

A second person has been charged in connection with a drug bust late last month. On April 1, Oswego City Police arrested Tina L. Lucas, 38, of 143 Weller Road, Fulton.
April showers will continue to fall on the Oswego – Fulton area for a while. But there is no snow in sight.
Fulton and Oswego received no snow yesterday. But March did end on a rainy note – and it has carried over into April as well.
