March is still coming in rather tame, even if it’s a bit cold. There has been no snow in Fulton all month and just 0.01-inch of rain.
March is coming in like a lamb, so far. According to Fulton’s weather observer, no snow or rain was recorded on March 1.

Residents at Fulton Mill Apartments were treated to a special Valentine’s Day luncheon courtesy of Catholic Charities of Oswego County.
Fulton finished the month of February with 0.95-inch of rain and 49.8 inches of snow. The total snowfall for the winter season it is 209.9 inches.

The honorary head pin for Oswego County Opportunities’ upcoming Bowl-A-Fun, the Pink Guardian Angel, recently enjoyed a tour of Oswego County courtesy of OCO’s Oswego County Public Transit.

UPDATE: In the morning hours of Feb. 26, Fulton Police were dispatched to the area of 404 Erie St. in the city of Fulton for a report of a harassment in progress involving a gun. Michael R. Watkins, 26, of 63 N. Third St., Fulton, was arrested today (Feb. 26), following an investigation by the City of Fulton Police Department.
According to Fulton’s weather observer, no snow was recorded on Feb. 24. Between 5:30 and 7 a.m. today (Feb. 25) a little more than an inch of snow has fallen in Fulton – with several more inches on the way. On Feb. 25, 2010, more than an foot of snow fell in Fulton; it looks like history will repeat itself.

An initiative of the American Red Cross, I’m OK is a neighbor-to-neighbor program that will benefit residents who live alone as it ensures residents that in the event of something happening to them they will receive attention in a timely manner.
