George W. Beckwith, 78, of Fulton, died Tuesday in St. Joseph Hospital, Syracuse.
It was another dry day on Feb. 22, according to Fulton’s weather observer.
According to Fulton’s weather observer, there wasn’t any rain in Fulton on Feb. 21. However, Oswego received 0.08-inch of rainfall No snow was recorded in Fulton, while 2 inches fell in Oswego.

We’ve had almost 200 inches of snowfall this season. The people on West Second Street South, between Broadway and Voorhees Street, worked together in plowing sidewalks and even driveways so that no one was stranded.
There were a few sprinkles around on Thursday. But, thanks to the warm temperatures, no snow – for now.
Wednesday was another quiet day as far as precipitation.
It was a quiet day yesterday. There was no rain or snow in Fulton.
Fulton received 0.15-inch of rain on Feb. 14. And just 0.4-inch of snowfall recorded on Valentine’s Day.
