As part of the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) initiative at Fulton Junior High School, students take time each week to recognize staff members for creating a positive school environment and going the extra mile to support student success. Grand Jury Returns Charges Against Teenage Father

An Oswego County Grand Jury has decided that the Fulton teenager who was arrested in July after allegedly causing serious injuries to his 18-month-old daughter will face charges in Oswego County Court. Robby J. Guppy, 17, will now face charges of first-degree attempted assault, second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
