The OHS cafeteria and kitchen should be ready to go on opening day of the new school year. Work on other schools is also coming along well, according to the project manager. They are even looking to eliminate the water problem at Fitzhugh Park Elementary once and for all.

OHS Student Delves In Life Into DC
Mary Caroline Losurdo recently returned from the National Youth Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. The 10-day program offered outstanding high school students from across the United States the opportunity to take part in a unique leadership development conference in our nation’s capital. An honors student, Mary will be a senior this fall at OHS.

Changes Announced At OHS
Superintendent introduces interim principal for the summer and fall. A new principal is expected to be in place by mid-October. The house system has been revamped, and students will be greeted by some new policies such as one prohibiting the use of electronic devices.
