Sea Scouts Prepare To Embark In Port City
Representatives of the Boy Scouts of America’s Sea Scouting program seek permission to organize a unit in Oswego. The program is open to men and women between the ages of 14 – 21. The marine museum is reportedly on board as the chartering organization.
