George M. Wise, 80, of Richland, died Thursday May 2, 2013, peacefully at his home with his family by his side.
Harold “Sonny” J. Goodale, 77, a former resident of Oswego died Sunday evening May 12, 2013, in the Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca.
Carolyn Wittmer, 69, of Fulton, died Saturday May 11, 2013, in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, after a short illness.
Wilma E. Harris, 80, of Fulton, died Wednesday May 8, 2013, at Northern Westchester Hospital, Mount Kisco, NY.
Henry J. Brown, 83, of Fulton, died on Tuesday May 7, 2013, at Pontiac Nursing Home, Oswego, after a short illness.
Eileen Fravor, 74, formerly of Fulton, who died on December 26, 2012, will have a committal service and spring burial at 9 a.m. May 13 at St. Mary’s Cemetery,
Peter Kudwa, 99, of Fulton, who died on March 30, 2013, will have a committal service and spring burial at 10 a.m. May 16 at St. Mary’s Cemetery
John Rizzo Sr., 95, of Fulton, who died Jan. 12, 2013, will have a committal service and spring burial at 11:30 a.m. May 17 at St. Mary’s Cemetery
Jeanette O’Bryan, 69, of Fulton, who died January 25, 2013, will have a committal service and spring burial at 10 a.m. May 17 at Fairdale Cemetery

Assemblyman Will Barclay recently met with town and highway supervisors from Constantia, West Monroe, and Hastings to discuss state issues that affect localities. Barclay talked about the state budget, local projects, and Consolidated Local Street and Highway Improvement Program (CHIPs) which affects budgets for all localities.
The St. Luke Adult Day Health Care program continues to celebrate the program’s twentieth year of service to the Oswego County community through its “Twenty Acts of Kindness” event. Over the course of the year, registrants will undertake a variety of activities in support of other community organizations and initiatives as a way to say “thank you” for the support the St. Luke ADHC Program has received since opening in 1993.
A public meeting will be held on June 5 to help draft the Eastern Lake Ontario Unit Management Plan, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation announced. The meeting sessions will be held at the DEC’s Salmon River Fish Hatchery, 2133 County Route 22, Altmar, from 10 a.m. to noon, 2 to 4 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
