Students from around the county visited KPS to read holiday letters to kindergarteners. The elementary students shared their Christmas wish lists, sang a few songs, promised to be good and leave some treats out for Santa and his reindeer.
Hundreds braved the chilly temperatures and brisk winds for the annual ceremony. The city’s holiday tree was lit Thursday night in Civic Plaza.
