Man Arrested After Pursuit By Police Ends In A Crash

The Oswego County Sheriff’s Department reports that David R. Burger, 22, of 80 Sixth Avenue, Oswego, appeared to be speeding on Route 104 near the Route 34 intersection in Hannibal. The department says a deputy tried to pull Burger’s car over, using the police car’s lights and siren, near the Stock Rd. intersection.
