SUNY Oswego Students to Teach, Reach India’s Poorest Children
SUNY Oswego students will travel to India in January to teach and interact with some of the country’s poorest children in an educational effort to save them from poverty and slums.

Two individuals have been charged in connection with two of the four recent bomb threats at OMS and OHS; one of them a district staff member. “Students sometimes don’t understand the (full impact) of the choices that they make. To have this happen by a staff member … sent tremors through my body,” the superintendent said.

Oswego’s Seniors Kick Home A Soccer Win On Their Night
The Oswego Buccaneers boys soccer team hosted the West Genesee Wildcats as they celebrated senior night under the lights. Led by a host of 13 seniors, Oswego was able to was able to play a complete and mistake free game to earn a 3-1 victory. Oswego’s Patrick Holland led the Bucs with 2 goals. Eric Witmer added a goal with assists attributed to Antonio Darling and Ricky Wallace, all seniors.

SUNYIT Defeats Oswego in 3-2 Thriller; Both Teams Defeat Cancer
The SUNYIT women’s volleyball team defeated Oswego State 3-2 at the Campus Center Gymnasium in a ‘pink’ volleyball match Tuesday night. The match was in conjunction with the Side-Out Foundation’s “Dig Pink†Campaign, a Breast Cancer Awareness rally being held all of October to raise awareness and funds.
