KPS Fourth Graders Math Facts Kick Off Year
The Kingsford Park Math Extravaganza was highly successful. At the beginning of the summer the teachers sent home math flash cards. Students were encouraged to study these cards throughout the “dog days of summer.â€Â

Oswego outlasted Camden (1-6) and gave their fans, who watched them in the cold and rain, a victory on senior day. The Buccaneers were able to ride their star senior running back Damian Williams to a 28-14 win at Josh R. Wilbur field.

Fulton’s Bateman Scores, But SUNY Oswego Falls To Buff State
Buffalo State scored two first half goals as the Oswego State women’s soccer team fell 2-1 to the visiting Bengals on Friday afternoon. The loss dropped the Lakers to 6-6-0 overall and 2-2-0 in the SUNY Athletic Conference, while Buffalo State improved its overall record to 3-3-5 and league record to 1-2-1.

Felipe Cavalcanti (Valatie/Ichabod Crane) chipped home the game-winning goal 2:48 into overtime as Oswego (4-6/3-1) defeated host Buffalo State (5-5-1/1-2-1), 2-1, in a SUNYAC game today at Coyer Field.

Devendorf Takes Brewerton Win In Front Of Record Crowd
In front of the largest crowd in Speedway history, It was North -vs- South in the final ESDCA Mod Lite feature of the 2009 season Thursday night at the Brewerton Speedway. Invaders from Maryland and Delaware made the long trip north to challenge the speedways best. When it was all said and done track regular Tim Devendorf took top honors in the 25 lap Top Stitch Custom Embroidery feature on Gypsum Wholesalers night.
