FMI To Offer Free Mammograms
Thanks to the efforts of Oswego County Opportunities’ Cancer Services Program Partnership, women with limited or no health insurance will have a greater opportunity to receive free mammograms and breast exams throughout the month of October.

Changes At Pulaski Public Library
Everything changes, even at the Pulaski Public Library. One of the most recent changes for patrons is the new log-on procedure for the use of the public computers. Now a library card is required for patrons to use the computers.

Oswego Library Begins ‘Pajama Story Time’ For Toddlers
The Oswego Public Library will be hosting a new story hour to be held in the evening every Tuesday at 6:00pm beginning October 22nd. The story hour is called “pajama story time” and will feature books geared towards settling down toddlers and preschoolers for bedtime.

Camp Hollis Welcomes All To Halloween Happening
All Oswego County youth and families are invited to celebrate Halloween and the autumn season at the Halloween Happening at Camp Hollis from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24. The event is one in a series of special programs that give Oswego County residents the opportunity to enjoy Camp Hollis year-round.

Casting Changes Announced for The Oswego Players Dinner Show Production of the Neil Simon Comedy “Rumors”
Three of the roles previously announced will be filled by Don Vanouse, Erin McIntrosh and Mark Muribito . The rest of the cast will be filled out by Oswego Players veterans Nelson Metz and Sherrie Baker; Kelly Mahon and Jim McGann; Matt Lamphere and Jennie Snow; and Laura Lowerie and Peter Mahon.

DOT Holds Public Meeting Tonight On Rt. 69/Munger Hill Rd. Safety Project
The project will include realigning the intersection of Route 69 and Munger Hill Road, replacing sidewalks, and resurfacing or reconstructing the existing pavement. The purchase of some additional right of way will be necessary.
