Praise For New Mural In Downtown Fulton Honoring City’s Canal History
Local artist and teacher at Volney Elementary School Ben Jerred painted the mural, which shows a young couple looking up the Oswego River. One of Fulton’s former signature businesses, the Hunter Arms Company, is the large factory shown in the upper left corner.

Fundraising for Bristol Hill Bell Tower
On October 5, 2009, the Bristol Hill Church selected a contractor to begin work on manufacturing a replica of the original Church’s bell tower. Through grants provided by the Network to Freedom Trail and Heritage New York, the Bristol Hill Church has been steadily working to repair and bring back the traditional architectural look of the church building.

Hand Made Quilt to be Given As Door Prize
All who attend the community Make a Craft Day at Oswego Alliance Church will have a chance to take home this beautiful Dresden plate quilt made by Judy Smith. The craft day is set for Saturday October 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In addition to the quilt there will be many more door prizes.
