Downtown Parking Restrictions Announced

Puppy Rescuer To Be Cited By Red Cross

Earlier this summer, when news spread of how Rachel Dean had rescued a pit bull after his jaw was almost completely torn off, support for the puppy poured in from all over. Rachel said she didn’t expect any sort of recognition for her actions. But, the Red Cross thought otherwise.
