Lake Effect Bands Continue To Play Over Oswego County

This tractor-trailer ran into some problems trying to navigate on Route 104 west of the Port City. (photo provided by Harrison Wilde).Old Man Winter dumped more than a foot of snow in many places around the county on Friday. Traffic slowed to a snail’s pace at times as visibility fell to near zero. The snow is expected to let up over the weekend. Take a look inside at some of the images from Friday.
