Crews knocked the fire down within minutes containing fire damage to the room of origin and upstairs bathroom with some smoke and water damage to other areas of the house.
There were no injuries.
Wanda F. Segal, 90, a resident of 305 W. Third St., Oswego, passed away Saturday September 2, 2012, at Oswego Hospital.
