Investigation Into Welfare Fraud Results In 15 Arrests
The charges include charges of 13 counts of Welfare Fraud, 3rd degree, a class D felony; 13 counts of Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony; 2 counts of Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Welfare Fraud, 4th degree, a class E felony along with 11 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing, a class E felony. The total value of the benefits is equal to more than $109,000 which included Medicaid, Food Stamps, HEAP and Temporary Assistance.
Fulton Man Charged with Unlawful Surveillance, Tampering with Evidence
He allegedly used his cellular phone to video record women exiting the shower nude at his home without their knowledge or consent. In an effort to destroy the evidence of the crime, it is alleged that he chewed and swallowed the cellular phone media card.

Fulton Police Charge Man in Rape Investigation
On December 3, after a lengthy investigation, Fulton Police investigators arrested Lee Andrew Johnson Jr., 35 of Erie Street in Fulton, following a report of a violent physical and sexual assault. The incident was alleged to have occurred in July 2012.
