The Oswego Public Library’s Library Learning Center will offer a four-part Introduction to Computers workshop on September 2, 9, 16 and 30. Each class is free and runs from 4 to 6 p.m.

The H. Lee White Marine Museum held an anniversary party Sunday to recognize the historic US Army tugboat the LT-5. The ceremony also paid tribute to several of Oswego County’s World War II veterans.
