On Sunday (Aug. 16), members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office were called to the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident in the town of Palermo. Killed in the accident was 32-year-old Gary K. Sun, with a most recent address of 29 Vincent St., Carthage, NY.
Oh gross, I just got home from the vet with my six-month-old puppy, Bozo. I took him in because he had diarrhea and the vet says he has giardia and gave me some medication. What is giardia? How could he have gotten it? Am I likely to get it from him? What should I do to prevent him from getting it again?
I would like to thank former Mayor of Fulton Daryl Hayden and former Common Councilor Bob Weston for taking time to come to the meeting and defend the City of Fulton’s Sales tax allotment. The USTA Tennis Program teaches basic tennis skills and gives youth a chance to get outside and exercise, said the program’s coordinator. A carnival was held to give them a chance to show off what they’ve learned – and win some prizes in the process.
In the 35-lap Tracey Road Equipment Modified feature Sears would work the bottom of the speedway in the later stages, driving by Ryan Phelps with 5 laps left and then went on to the popular win. For Sears it was his first win of 2015 and his fourth career Fulton Modified win.
Florence Jean Tonkin, 80, a resident of Oswego, passed away on Saturday August 15, 2015, at the Seneca Hill Manor.
