By showing a high level of dedication and perseverance over the course of the 690-hour program, students Megan Bennett, Sabrina Conklin, Desiree Denny, Alondra Esparza, Carrie Hammond, Jasmine Maldonado, Kristen Stock and Kendra Valley all successfully navigated their way to graduation.
Gladys Rappleye, 103 and a lifelong resident of Oswego passed away Sunday morning Oct. 11, 2015, at Oswego Hospital.

Karen Warren, 68, of Oswego and a former resident of Fulton, died Saturday August 22, 2015, in Oswego Hospital, from complications with her longtime battle with emphysema.
FOH (Friends of History) and the Fulton Public Library will co-sponsor a ghost tour October 30. Earlier this year the ghost hunters visited the buildings and definitely found some activity at both sites. Participants will have the opportunity to tour both buildings led by the “ghost hunters” and hopefully will be visited by former tenants.
