A joint investigation conducted by the New York State Police in Pulaski, the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the U.S. Department of the Army, Criminal Investigation Command, resulted in the arrest of 25-year-old, Blake A. Bryant from Pulaski, for (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree, a class “D” felony and (2) counts of Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony.
Carl B. Spilman, 62, of Oswego, passed away on Monday May 23, 2016, at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse after a brief illness.
