Loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Ronald Mark Osborne 93, passed away on Friday July 1, 2016, at Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton.
Eva Bovay, 66, of Oswego, went home to be with the Lord on Friday July 1, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer.

A Fulton man and an Oswego man are behind bars, facing several charges. According to State Police, the pair committed larcenies in two counties.
UPDATE: State Police have located the missing man in good health.
The State Police in Fulton are attempting to locate an elderly man who has gone missing from the village of Hannibal.
Students, parents and educators from the Oswego City School District are saying “thanks” to State Senator Patty Ritchie for her help in securing $150,000 in funding to help restore sports programs in the school district.
This week, the Oswego Bucs Boosters sent Senator Ritchie a special photo, that included community members holding signs of thanks for her.
