College Offers Fall Edition Of ‘At the Art Studio’ For Area Children
SUNY Oswego’s art department has begun gearing up for fall sessions of “At the Art Studio,” a workshop series for children and young adults from 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays, Oct. 8 to Nov. 12, in Tyler Hall. Parents wishing to register children in grades 1 through 12 for age-appropriate sessions need to do so by Oct. 6.

Fulton Junior High Principal Resignation Approved
The Fulton City School District Board of Education unanimously accepted the resignation of four district employees including the principal of Fulton Junior High School, Ryan Lanigan. Lanigan’s resignation will become effective October 7, 2016 and school officials are in the beginning stages of the process to finding a replacement.

Friends of History In Fulton Plan Barbecue
There will be a chicken barbecue, sponsored by Friends of History In Fulton, NY, Inc., 177 S. First St., to benefit the John Wells Pratt House local History Museum. It will be held on October 1 from 11:30 a.m. until sold out.
