FULTON, NY – Fulton noon Rotary Club President Bridgette Seguin welcomed club member Major James Purvis as guest speaker at a recent meeting.

Major Purvis, who with his wife, Major Kathryn Purvis, heads up the Salvation Army’s Oswego County Worship and Service Center, gave an update on the Army’s activities in Fulton and Oswego County.
One program, Bridging the Gap, serves first-time youthful offenders aged 16 to 19 referred from the court system with a 12-week life skills program.
Fulton Rotary Club meets on Thursdays at noon at Tavern on the Lock.
A special meeting will be held Feb. 11 at 5 p.m. at Tavern on the Lock, and anyone who is interested in finding out more about Rotary is welcome.
