OSWEGO – From the first whistle to the last whistle the girls played aggressive and good volleyball against Fowler.
Everyone got a stat on the stat sheet and contributed on the floor.
As a group we needed to keep this momentum as we play an aggressive Central Square team at home the next day.
vs. Central Square
We did not come out as fast as we needed to and we allowed visiting Central Square to carry some momentum early on.
About 10 points into the match, we flipped the switch and took back the momentum we needed and never looked back after that.
Many girls on the team had aces and kills which forced Central Square to have to play better defense against us.
Central Square has several good servers on their team and we will see them again in a few weeks when we head out their way.
We need to keep this momentum as we head to the Marcellus tournament this weekend where we will see some teams we have not seen yet this season.
And we are at our halfway point in the season and need to keep pushing ourselves week to week.
