Eastern Shore Associates Donates Toys, Clothes, To Salvation Army

The Fulton Lions Club’s second and final “Lions Loot” sweepstakes Early Bird drawing will be drawn at the January 2015 board meeting. A total of five names will be drawn for the prize of $100 each. The Lions Loot event and drawings are scheduled for 1 p.m., April 19, 2015, at the Fulton Polish Home.
The sounds of the holiday season will once again be heard at 7 p.m. Dec. 14 at the annual Fulton Community Band Christmas Concert in the G. Ray Bodley High School auditorium. The concert is free and FMA is providing free bus transportation to and from the concert for residents of Towpath Towers and Fulton Mill Apartments.
Heather McCoy has joined Steve Chirello Advertising as an administrative assistant and graphic designer.
“Despite rumors to the contrary, our Pulaski office is not closing,” said Martha Murray, president, Eastern Shore Associates. “Terri Gregory and Barb Hubbard are retiring at the end of the year, but we will continue to serve our customers there with a full staff.”

Julie Welch, commercial lines manager at Eastern Shore Associates Insurance, was promoted to assistant vice president, commercial lines.
Music Instrument Covers was named the 2014 “Next Great Idea” Oswego County Business Competition winner at a reception held Nov. 13, at The Lake Ontario Event & Conference Center, Oswego. The company was awarded $25,000 to start their business in Oswego County.
Father Moritz Fuchs, retired Catholic priest and native of Fulton, was interviewed on WSYR Channel 9’s “Bridge Street” show on Veterans’ Day to share his experiences as a Army veteran of World War II and his role as the sole bodyguard for Robert H. Jackson, chief prosecutor at the Nuremberg trials and U.S. Associate Supreme Court Justice.
